Royal Gramma Has White Spots

It doesnt look like Ick at least not based on pictures I have. As I was putting it in and moving stuff around I saw that the gramma is really bad now.

Royal gramma has white spots. I have a small harem of royal gramma and I remember once seeing one with a white spot on him.
